John Woo directs this English-language remake of his own 1989 Hong Kong action thriller of the same name. Skilled assassin Zee (Nathalie Emmanuel) is hired by Finn (Sam Worthington) to kill the members of a Marseille drug gang while they are at a nightclub. She executes them all but leaves an innocent woman alive, a decision which puts her own life at risk. Jenn (Diana Silvers) was blinded during the attack and as Zee continues to attempt to save her, she is caught between the actions of Finn and Sey (Omar Sy), a determined police officer on her trail. The cast also includes Eric Cantona, Saïd Taghmaoui and Grégory Montel.
